It’s been a pretty wild ride!

I realise how growing up in a beach resort in Corsica basically shaped my life. I was wired for fun, instant pleasure, intense & temporary experiences! Every day was a party!

14 was basically when the troubles started! From dating a local gangster who was in & out of prison, going to clubs & dancing on podiums when I was clearly underaged, drinking whisky & coke every night because the barmen didn’t know how to say no to me because my dad was the CEO until one day the bar manager called my parents when he realized I had the biggest bar tab of the whole resort, meaning out of 900 people. I remember being quite proud of this achievement! Every night there were shows with circus artists & Drag queens! It was definitely not a “normal” childhood! I was basically a very annoying teenager but also very shy. I was spending a lot of time on my own writing poems & playing music as loud as I could hoping that someone who might listen to the same kind of music would hear it & come to me! I spent hours sitting on a bench “le banc de la solitude” staring at the Mediterranean sea wondering what the meaning of my life was! Often my cousin would come meet me there & we would cry for hours! Somehow it’s one of the best memories of my teenage years.

Moving back to Paris at the end of each summer felt like the end of the world. My neighbourhood in Paris was very posh & I could never quite fit in. When I was 20 I moved to London because all my favorite bands were from the UK, I ended up living in a squat with musicians including past members of Adam & the Ants & My Bloody Valentine.

My love for adventures got me into A LOT of troubles! Things could have gone bad several times, like when I spent 2 weeks sleeping on a parking lot in Sault Saint Mary at the US/Canadian boarder, but I was always lucky & always managed to get back on track mainly because I have a very supportive family. For many years anything that was not “crazy” felt boring to me.

It’s ok to not follow the path & live a life others don’t understand. To all the past versions of myself, to adventures & to Corsica! I’m glad I survived my youth! I’m grateful to be alive!

Le signe visionnaire, avant-gardiste & anticonfomiste du Verseau vient réveiller notre capacité à sortir de notre zone de confort, à changer de perspective & regarder les choses sous un autre angle. On nous invite à faire preuve de curiosité, d’ouverture d’esprit & de courage afin de laisser notre singularité s’exprimer. Le Verseau se sent souvent incompris car il est hors-norme & aspire à la liberté d’être. L’énergie Verseau nous pousse à nous affirmer, à oser être nous-même & prendre notre place dans le monde sans peur du jugement de l’autre. Voici une opportunité pour se réinventer. Cette lunaison fait souffler un vent de nouveauté & nous demande de nous projeter vers l’avenir.

Cette énergie nous guide vers les personnes qui vibrent à la même fréquence que nous afin de créer des liens & renforcer le sentiment d’appartenir à une communauté.

La conjonction Saturne & le carré Uranus créent une tension entre notre quête de liberté & la réalité, les contraintes, les responsabilités.

Venus est de nouveau direct, nous avons donc terminé ce travail de réflexion sur nos relations & nos valeurs. Ce bilan intérieur commence à se refléter dans notre réalité extérieure. Nous savons maintenant ce que nous voulons, il temps de l’exprimer & de prendre les choses en mains afin de le concrétiser. Les situations commencent à se débloquer, l’énergie est + fluide, nous sommes à nouveau dans le mouvement & la création. Mercure termine bientôt sa retrogradation, les incompréhensions & les pb de communication devraient se dissiper d’ici peu. Nous sommes dans une phase où nous cherchons à comprendre, à creuser pour avoir toutes les réponses dont nous avons besoin pour nous faire une idée claire sur un projet, une personne, une situation.

Venus & Mars en Capricorne, signe gouverné par Saturne, nous donnent envie de créer des choses ensemble. Il y a une sorte de passion contenue qui s’envisage sur le long-terme & qui demande un engagement. Jupiter favorise l’expansion relationnelle, amoureuse & créative. While hypnosis is often described as a sleep-like state, it’s better expressed as a state of focused attention, heighted suggestibility & vivid fantasies.

People in a hypnotic state often seem sleepy & zoned out but in reality they are in a state of hyper-awareness. Hypnotic suggestibility has been defined as “the ability to experience suggested alterations in physiology, sensations, emotions, thoughts or behaviour.”

During hypnosis, the therapist induces a state of intense concentration. It’s a guided process with verbal cues & repetition. The hypnotic state may appear similar to sleep but you’re fully aware of what’s going on. While you’re in this trance-like state, the therapist makes guided suggestions designed to help you achieve your goals. Because you’re in a heightened state of focus, you are more open to proposals or advice that in your normal mental state you might brush off.

Hypnosis can be seen as a “waking state of awareness” in which a person’s attention is detached from the immediate environment & absorbed by inner experiences. Hypnotic induction involves focusing of attention & imaginative involvement to the point where what is being imagined feels real. By the use & acceptance of suggestions, the therapist & the patient construct a hypnotic reality.

Hypnosis does not make the impossible possible but can help patients believe & experience what might be possible for them to achieve.

Hypnosis activates our right brain, the more emotional, creative part of ourselves that communicates with symbols & images & could be seen as our unconscious mind.

In a hypnotic state, a positive feeling, a calming sensation can be anchored into your subconscious making it easier for you to experience in real life as your brain will remember the feeling.

We can revisit difficult moments of your past that left an imprint on your subconscious & led you to develop coping mechanism & survival strategies to protect yourself.

We cannot change the past however we can change our perception of it & give our inner child what we needed at the time. We can rewire more positive feelings towards ourselves & clear unconscious blocks so we can finally bloom & thrive.

This Full Moon is amplifying the energy of Cancer, a deeply sensitive & emotional sign that needs to find a sense of safety in order to fully bloom. This Full Moon could be quite powerful & emotional so make sure you find a quiet space for you to safely explore all the emotions that could come up to the surface. This Full Moon is supporting our transformative process & is really a time to integrate all the changes that have been taking place in our life. We are invited to retreat into our little nest, where we don’t need to show up in any particular way or wear any masks for external validation, where we feel safe to be ourselves. We could feel a sense of grief about things, people, situations, behaviours, beliefs that we are leaving behind. We are transforming & growing which means we are saying goodbye to a former version of ourselves. We are invited to slow down & pause in order to anchor into our body & soul this new paradigm, this new belief system, these new values. Before going out into the world, let’s take some time to go within to redefine our sense of self & integrate our new identity.

Opposite the moon, Pluto is amplifying the idea of death & rebirth. We are clearing anything that is no longer serving us. Old wounds might be triggered & we might feel a little anxious & insecure. Be extra compassionate with yourself & know that this will pass.

The Sun Pluto conjunction could lead to power struggles & shine a light on situations where we are giving our power away. How can you take your power back? It could also highlight where we need to let go of our need to control & instead allow things to flow naturally.

Mercury retrograde in Aquarius is asking us to reevaluate how we invest & show up in our friendships, how we communicate.

Venus retrograde in Capricorn is giving us an opportunity to reassess our relationships, set new boundaries, make sure our needs are being met & if necessary to end relationships that don’t support our wellbeing & the life that we want to create.

Heya! I thought i’d pop in here to introduce myself as it’s been a while!

My name is Audrey, I’m a holistic wellness practitioner, intuitive coach and certified bodyworker.

I work with powerful tools such as hypnosis, sophrology and massages to help women on their healing journey towards self-acceptance and self-love.

We are complex and multilayered creatures, our mind and our body are in constant conversation with each other and our physical health often reflects our inner emotional landscape.

When emotions are repressed or ignored, they often crystallize in the muscular tissues causing us tension and pain. The art of massage enables us to release stuck emotions from the body, restore our energy flow and recreate a sacred relationship with our body.

Sophrology is a bodymind therapy that includes breathwork, movement and visualisations, which can help you regulate your nervous system, release your emotions, reconnect to your body, clear your energy and strengthen your intuition.

Hypnosis is a powerful tool which can dissolve unconscious blocks that prevent you from manifesting the life that you want. Hypnotherapy can really enhance and accelerate the transformative process by allowing us to access our inner child and our shadow self in order to integrate and own all that we are. Thanks to hypnosis, we can revisit specific moments of our past when unsuppportive patterns of thoughts and behaviours started in order to change our inner narrative and therefore our outer reality. Hypnosis is really helpful to break free from addiction and toxic relationships but also to build a strong sense of self, boost your confidence and self-worth which are both key to attract nourishing and fulfilling experiences into our life.
